JD.com in US$200m merger with China’s largest crowdsourcing delivery platform Chinese e-commerce services giant JD.com is set to expand its online-to-offline (O2O) operations under a proposed US$200 million merger between its JD Daojia delivery business and Dada Nexus, mainland China’s largest crowdsourcing delivery platform.
Saudi’s Dailymealz expands its subscription-based food delivery service to Kuwait Dailymealz, a Saudi subscription-based (mainly healthy) food delivery startup has expanded to Kuwait, it told MENAbytes today. Kuwait is the first overseas market for the startup that has been delivering meals to corporate employees across Riyadh since 2017. In the last six months, Dailymealz has also expanded to Jeddah and Dammam (in Saudi).
