According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the major shareholder of Tongcheng Holdings, a listed company of Hong Kong stocks, transferred 73.73% to Li Lin, chairman of the Huobi Group. After the transfer, the Huobi Group became the actual controller of Tongcheng Holdings. This acquisition is an important measure for the development of the Huobi Group in terms of standardization and internationalization.
